Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for whatever reason you’re not, in the first instance, please contact us by email on  sales@victoriaandbenedikt.com to organise an alternative or refund.

After emailing us, please package and return your unworn item to us, in its original gift box with all original inclusions, (ribbon, gift bag and polishing cloth). Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery to return your item, which will ensure that it will be fully insured. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for returned items that do not reach us.

Please include a covering note in your parcel, stating your order number, full name and contact details and the reason for your return. We must receive your returned item within 30 days of the date you originally received it.

We will contact you once your refund is processed. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund.

Please note:

We cannot accept items that have been worn, personalised or altered in any way.

On the rare occasion that your item is damaged on receipt, you receive the wrong item, or your item is faulty, please contact us as above with your order number, contact details and a photo of your damaged, faulty item or incorrect item. We may additionally ask you to return the original outer packaging with your order, so please retain this.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for the stated damage. Should we find any damage, defects or if the incorrect item has been sent, we will either replace the item or offer you a refund, including postage costs, provided that you have contacted us within a 30-day timeframe.

Cancelling an order

As we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, please contact us as early as you can to cancel any orders. Orders that are already dispatch will need to go through the returns process above.
